Will it be too windy at your site?

Pick the site and the structure. You get the Met Office gust forecast for the next seven days, day by day, against the structure's limit.

Starting figure: 26 mph, from council market rules for standard gazebos. Professional gazebos may be rated higher: use your manual.

No pin yet. Search for the site or click the map. The ring is the 100 m forecast point.

How to read it

Each day shows the strongest gust forecast at the pin. Yellow means a gust is due within 5mph of the limit, amber means it reaches the limit and red means it passes it by 10mph or more. Gusts matter more than the average wind for temporary structures, because a single gust can lift a gazebo or a marquee wall.

This is a snapshot. Forecasts a week out change, which is why Gustline checks again every six hours and every hour in the last three days before the event, then tells you when a level changes.
